    1. Data we collect

    HelpYotek collects the following personal data only when you fill in our quote request form:

    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Project information (type, features, references)
    • Optionally: how you heard about us

    2. Purpose

    This data is used only to respond to your quote request and to contact you regarding your project. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

    3. Retention

    Quote data is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted unless you have become an active client.

    4. Cookies

    We use Google Analytics with anonymized IP to measure audience and improve the site. These cookies are only set if you accept them via the consent banner. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking.

    5. Your rights

    You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@helpyotek.com.

    6. Security

    Quote data is stored on Supabase (EU servers) and protected by encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to HelpYotek administrators.
